De Padro Realty, Inc. was founded by my father, Robert De Padro — a Fort Lauderdale real estate pioneer who built his career on creative problem-solving and genuine dedication to his clients.
In 1977, Robert was named Exchangor of the Year by the Broward County Real Estate Exchangors — recognized for his creative exchange of a 26-unit apartment building as down payment on a 126-unit motel on Federal Highway. The award honored the professional who was most creative in an exchange and who best helped clients solve their property marketing challenges.
That spirit of ingenuity, community commitment, and client-first thinking is the foundation De Padro Realty, Inc. was built on — and it's the standard we carry forward today.

Robert DePadro has been named "Exchangor of the Year" by the Broward County Real Estate Exchangors — recognized for the successful exchange of a 26-unit apartment building as down payment on a 126-unit motel on five acres of Federal Highway frontage in Fort Lauderdale.
